Our founder boiled up beetroot in his garden back in 1948, so it’s great to still be serving up this delectable root vegetable today. Whilst Albert might not recognise the delicious sweet and sour sauce combination (but we bet he’d love it), he’d certainly approve of the perfectly cubed chunks of tastiness.
