Ingredients

24 Scotty Brand Chippy Chips
20-24 Rashers Smoked Thin & Crispy Style Streaky Bacon

METHOD

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

  2. Cut the bacon rashers in half.

  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the chippy chips to completely cover.

  4. Place on a baking tray and cook for 18-20 mins until golden

  5. Tip: For extra crisp bacon, finish under the grill.
