Mini Salmon French Tacos

Ingredients

Scotty Brand Smoked Salmon
Potatoes
Cream cheese
Mozzarella
Tortilla wrap
Chives
Salad

METHOD

  1. Take a mini tortilla wrap and half it.

  2. Mix your mash potatoes and cream cheese and place a forkful in the corner of the wrap.

  3. Top with Scotty Brand Smoked Salmon, mozzarella, and chives.

  4. Fold to create a triangle pocket and squeeze to secure.

  5. Toast in a grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

  6. Serve hot on a bed of salad whilst the cheese is still warm.

  7. Enjoy!
