Sausage Roll Wreath

Ingredients

6 packs of Scotty Brand Sausage rolls
250ml Cranberry sauce
Fresh herbs to garnish, sage, bay leaves, rosemary

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 and bake the sausage rolls for 5-10mins until warmed through.

  2. Serve some cranberry sauce in a bowl in the middle of a serving plate.

  3. Cut the sausage rolls into bitesize slices and arrange around the cranberry sauce to look like a wreath.

  4. Decorate with fresh herbs, serve, and enjoy!
