Smoked Salmon Pate

150g Scotty Brand Smoked Salmon
200g Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Crème Fraiche
Juice of Half a Lemon
Handful of Chives (you can also use dill)
Oatcakes/Blinis/Crusty Bread to serve


  1. Put all of the ingredients except from your chosen herb into a blender and blend to your desired consistency.

  2. Serve with your chosen canape, by spooning pate onto each one and sprinkle with your chosen herb and another squeeze of lemon juice!

Pate can be stored in fridge for up to 3 days so you can make ahead of Christmas!
