Smoked Salmon Pin Wheels

Ingredients

8 slices of fresh pre-sliced brown bread
200g long slice Scotty Brand Smoked salmon
300g soft cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp double cream

METHOD

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread.

  2. Roll two pieces of bread (very flat) slightly overlapping so the joint together.

  3. Beat the cream cheese smooth, add the cream, chives, and lemon juice.

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bread evenly.

  5. Then cover each piece with smoked salmon then roll up.

  6. Wrap in cling film and chill for 2 hours before using.

  7. Slice in each roll in 6 using a sharp serrated knife.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
