1. This promotion is only open to residents of Scotland aged 18 or over, excluding anyone professionally connected to this promotion (including family members such as parents, siblings, spouse and life partners).

  3. Promotional period: enter between 09:00 UK time on the 6th January 2021 until 23.59 UK time on the 30th January 2021 inclusive.

  6. The prize: A meal cooked in your own home for yourself & up to 7 guests by John Quigley on a night of your choosing (subject to availability and restrictions please see section 7).

    • Winners will have 24 months from winner notification to use the prize.
    • Prize cannot be claimed until the Scottish Government COVID-19 guidelines permit gatherings of the relevant number of people / households).
    • All dates are subject to availability.
    • Date Restrictions: excludes 14th February, Christmas (24th December – 2nd January) & Easter.
    • If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
    • Insurance is not provided as part of the Prize. It will be the winner’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including damage to property) which may be required.
  8. Winner Selection: From all entries received and verified by the Promoter, one winner will be selected randomly and notified by e-mail no later than Friday 5th February 2021. Failure to respond to this notification by 17h00 on Friday 12th February 2021 means your prize will be forfeit and will be transferred to another winner selected at random.
  9. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the prize is not available, the promoter will substitute another prize for it of equal or higher value.
  10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including where there is infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  11. The Promoter and any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.
  12. Any entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
  13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  14. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winner of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the winner. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the promoter at info@scottybrand.com.
  15. Subject to the consent of the winners, the surname and county of residence of the winners can be obtained by emailing info@scottybrand.com for 4 weeks following the close of the Promotion.
  16. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity related to this Promotion.
  17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions.
