Ingredients

Scotty Brand Frozen Chippy Chips
Haggis
Mozzarella cheese
Paprika
Salt
Fresh parsley
Fresh chives (optional garnish)
Peppercorn and mushroom sauce (see below for full ingredient list and method)

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Cook your Scotty Brand Chippy Chips as per packet instructions.

  3. Once cooked, toss chips with some paprika, salt and fresh chopped parsley.

  4. Cook your preferred haggis as per packet instructions.

  5. Load up seasoned fries with grated mozzarella, haggis, peppercorn sauce and fresh chives.

  6. Enjoy!
