Spooky Spud Brownies

Ingredients

300g Scotty Brand Baking Potatoes
50g of margarine
85g golden syrup
60g dark cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1 tbsp salted caramel flavour

METHOD

  1. Chop your Scotty Brand Baking Potatoes into cubes.

  2. Boil your Potatoes for around 15 minutes until they are the perfect consistency for mashing.

  3. Mash your Potatoes into a smooth and creamy texture and add to a mixing bowl.

  4. Add in the margarine, golden syrup, dark cocoa powder, baking powder, and salted caramel and mix everything together.

  5. Transfer the mixture into an oven proof tray.

  6. Bake in the air fryer or oven at 180 degrees until your preferred consistency.

  7. Remove your brownies from the tray, cut into squares and decorate for Halloween or any other occasion of your choice.

  8. Enjoy!
