STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Ingredients

300g Scotty Brand strawberries
240 ml white rum
1 lime

Lots of ice

METHOD

  1. Squeeze the lime – you will need about 60ml of juice.

  2. Roughly chop the strawberries.

  3. Crush the ice (wrapping it in cling film and a tea towel and then bashing it with a rolling pin works well and is very therapeutic).

  4. Combine the strawberries, lime, ice and rum and pulse in a blender.

  5. Serve in Martini glasses and garnish with whole fresh strawberries.

  6. Savour in moderation!
