300g Scotty Brand strawberries
240 ml white rum
Lots of ice
Squeeze the lime – you will need about 60ml of juice.
Roughly chop the strawberries.
Crush the ice (wrapping it in cling film and a tea towel and then bashing it with a rolling pin works well and is very therapeutic).
Combine the strawberries, lime, ice and rum and pulse in a blender.
Serve in Martini glasses and garnish with whole fresh strawberries.
