Air Fryer Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

400g of Scotty Brand Baby Potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rinse the Scotty Brand Baby Potatoes under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

  5. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.

  6. Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish to your favourite main course.

  7. Enjoy!
