Air Fryer Parmentier Potatoes

Ingredients

500g of Scotty Brand Potatoes
A bunch of Parsley
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Rosemary
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Prepare Scotty Brand Potatoes by washing and scrubbing them, then cut them into cubes.

  2. Transfer your potatoes into a pot, add water and salt, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. After this, drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

  3. Transfer the potatoes into a bowl, add the oil, a pinch of salt, and the herbs, and toss until coated.

  4. Transfer the coated potatoes to the air fryer and set the heat to 400°F / 200°C for 15 minutes

  5. Serve hot, as a side to your favourite meal.

  6. Enjoy!
