1/2 Bag Scotty Brand Chippy Chips
1 can Irn Bru
2 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 Tbsp Cornflour
Pre-heat oven 230°C /Fan 210°C/Gas Mark 8.
Place the Scotty Brand Chippy Chips onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Meanwhile, boil up the Irn Bru and the sweet chilli sauce in a small pan until quantity is reduced by half.
Blend the cornflour with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl, add to the pan and cook the sauce until thickened.
Once the chips have finished cooking, serve up as a dip or generously poured on top of the Chippy Chips
