Fully Loaded Scottish Chippy Chips

Ingredients

Scotty Brand Chippy Chips
Haggis
Black Pudding
Grated Scottish Cheddar Cheese
Brown Chip Shop Sauce
Salt
Vinegar

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven 230°C /Fan 210°C/Gas Mark 8 or air fryer.

  2. Place the Scotty Brand Chippy Chips onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven or evenly into your air fryer.

  3. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

  4. While your chips are cooking, heat up the haggis and black pudding according to packaging instructions.

  5. Once the chips are cooked, serve them up on a plate or serving dish and top with the warm crumbled Haggis and Black Pudding followed by grated Scottish cheddar cheese.

  6. Place the dish under a preheated grill. When the cheese is melted and bubbling, remove from the grill (be careful, the dish will be hot).

  7. Liberally apply the sauce of your choosing and enjoy!
